Instead of sifting through endless listings yourself, you receive an honest, carefully narrowed-down shortlist of properties that genuinely match what you’re looking for.

Our Fee
This is a dedicated sourcing service with a flat fee of €1,000, regardless of property price. It’s paid in two parts: half when you engage me to start your search, and half once you’ve agreed to proceed with a property I’ve found for you. I only earn the second half if I find you something you actually want to buy — so my incentive is finding the right property, not just finding one fast.
